Audit logs

An audit log is a record of events and changes taking place within the organization. IT devices across your network create logs based on events. Audit logs are records of these event logs, typically regarding a sequence of activities or a specific activity. They capture events by recording who performed an activity, what activity was performed, and how the system responded. Zoho Marketing Automation allows you to export these audit logs to save them as a backup.
 
Alert
The audit log data is available for six months by default. Hence, we recommend you to periodically export logs and back it up.

To view audit logs: 

Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Audit logs under Consent and privacy. The audit logs are displayed based on the latest finish time of  activity.

If you're looking for older logs and don't find them listed, you can use the timeline drop down to choose an appropriate timeline.

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Audit Logs under Consent and privacy.
  2. Click Export in the top-right corner of the page.

  3. Enter File Name and enable password protection if required.
  4. Click Export.
