Manage Brand Settings

Before you start generating contacts using Zoho Marketing Automation, you need to enter information about your company. Set up your company profile and enter information such as name and company address along with your brand logo. This information will be displayed in the footer of your email campaign. It will let users know that they have received an email from a known and trusted source, thereby reducing complaints about spam.
 
Additionally you can also edit your portal settings and add currency exchange rates.
You must be the Admin to edit the information in this page.

To enter company details:

Edit company details

Here are the steps to edit your company details:
  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Brand Settings under General Settings.

  2. Click the Edit icon to edit your company details.

  3. Fill out the following fields:
    1. Name - Enter your company name.
    2. URL - Enter your company website address.
    3. Phone - Enter your company’s phone number.
    4. Address - Enter your company address including state, country and zip code.
    5. Brand logo - Add your company logo by clicking the image thumbnail.
    6. Privacy Policy - Update your company privacy policy link. This data will be displayed in the footer of your email campaign.
    7. Terms of Use - Update your company terms of use link. This data will be displayed in footer of your email campaign.
    8. Company Domain - Enter your company domain.
  4. Click Save.

Edit portal details

Edit portal details

Here are the steps to edit portal details:
  1. Navigate to Portal section to edit your portal details.

  2. Click the Edit icon and edit your portal name. This will be reflected in your portal URL.edit portal
  3. Click Save.

Notes
Note:
Portal names must be unique. Therefore, if you use a portal name in Zoho Marketing Automation, it cannot be reused in Zoho Campaigns, and vice versa.

Currency details

You can add multiple currencies but the first chosen Home currency cannot be changed.

Here are the steps to edit the currency format:
  1. Navigate to Currencies section to edit your home currency or add any other currencies.

  2. Click the Edit icon to change your home currency. Enter the required details.
  3. Click Save.

Add new currency 

  1. Click Add Currency to add any other additional currencies.
  2. Select your currency type and enter your exchange rate.
