Prerequisites
- You must have an active Instagram professional account.
- You must be the admin of your Instagram and Zoho Marketing Automation accounts in order to set up the integration.

- You can achieve the following by integrating your Instagram account with Zoho Marketing Automation:
- Create and post campaigns on your Instagram page.
- Schedule posts on Instagram based on the date and time of your choice.
- Analyze how your campaign has performed.

Note:
- Since Instagram is primarily used to share visual content, your post will require an image.
- You can use maximum 2,200 characters in your Instagram post.
- Zoho Marketing Automation supports the following file types to be used in an Instagram post – .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .and gif.
- You can upload .png files up to 1 MB and other file types up to 15 MB for your Instagram post.
How to integrate Instagram account with Zoho Marketing Automation
To connect your Instagram account with Zoho Marketing Automation:
Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

- Click Apps under Integrations.

- Click Connect App.

- Click Social Media under Categories, then select Instagram.

- Click Connect.

- In the confirmation pop-up, click the checkbox, then Continue.

- Enter the account credentials, and log into your Instagram account.

How to disconnect the Instagram integration
When you disconnect your Instagram integration with Zoho Marketing Automation, the following changes will occur:
- You won't be able to run any campaign on Instagram.
- The posts you've scheduled will no longer be published on Instagram.
- Campaigns that are already posted through Zoho Marketing Automation will be listed under Marketing Campaigns >> Social.
Follow the steps given below to disconnect your Instagram integration with Zoho Marketing Automation:
- Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

- Click Apps under Integrations.

- Select Instagram under Connected Apps.

- Click Disconnect.

- Click Disconnect in the confirmation pop-up.
