To integrate with MS Dynamics
To disconnect CRM application integration:
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.
- Select the CRM application.
- Click Disconnect on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Proceed in the confirmation pop up.
