Configure SMS settings

In Zoho Marketing Automation, we've also introduced the provision to include "Unsubscribe" link in SMS campaigns. If you enable this option, your contacts can unsubscribe from SMS campaigns by clicking the link.
Steps to enable unsubscribe link

We've also introduced the provision to include "Unsubscribe" link in SMS campaigns. To enable this option:
  1. Click Settings icon in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Select SMS under Marketing Channels.

  3. Enable the Add Unsubscribe link for all SMS broadcast toggle.
