By
connecting your social media handles, you can run campaigns, schedule posts via automation, track the campaign performs and convert visitors to customers. Zoho Marketing Automation allows you to connect your
Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts.
If you have already created social media accounts for your brand in Zoho Social, you can directly send post campaigns to those social media accounts from Zoho Marketing Automation by connecting your portal with that brand. You can connect multiple brands with a portal.
To import your brand pages,
- Click Settings icon in the top right corner of the page.

- Click Social under Marketing channels.

- Click Setup a brand.

- Choose the portal.
- Select one or more brands as per your portal requirement. If you have multiple workspaces or teams and each team is represented by a separate brand, then choose all those brands under the portal.
- Click Import. Your brand will be connected.
Create a brand
If you don't have social media accounts for your brand in Zoho Social, you can create a brand,
- Click Settings icon in the top right corner of the page.

- Click Social under Marketing channels.

- Click Setup a Brand.

- Connect with your brand related social media accounts or create new pages for your brands and connect them.
