Email tracking

 Zoho Marketing Automation allows you to track your emails open rate, click rate, and plain text. With this data, you'll be able to see how your campaigns are performing.

To enable email tracking:
  1.  Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Email under Marketing channels.

  2.  Enable the necessary toggles to track your email.

You can disable these options for privacy reasons if necessary.

Email frequency:

 Email frequency lets administrators manage the number of emails sent to a contact on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. It's essential to maintain the appropriate number so that you don't spam your contacts or mail them rarely. The preferred limit of emails expected per month for a contact is two. 

To set email frequency: 

  1. Navigate to Email frequency section.

  2. Click the Edit icon. Enter the following details:

    1. Maximum number of emails per recipient - Emails will be sent based on the value you set.
    2. Frequency - Emails will be sent on the interval you set.
  3. Click Save.

Follow the steps given below to disable email frequency:
  1. Navigate to Email frequency section. Disable the toggle.

  2. Click Disable in the confirmation pop-up.
