Once you've integrated Zoho Marketing Automation with your WhatsApp business account, you can add multiple phone numbers (associated with your WhatsApp business account) and manage them under Settings.
To view WhatsApp settings
- Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Click WhatsApp under the Marketing Channels.
Here, there are two tabs: Overview and Phone Label and Numbers. This article will cover both tabs in detail.
Overview
In this tab, you can view the details about the integrated WhatsApp business account. It shows information like business name, business ID, phone label, category, and a description about the business.
Phone Labels and Numbers
In this tab, you can add phone labels and numbers. Before adding multiple numbers, please look into the following points to get a better idea.
- These phone numbers shouldn't be linked to your or any personal WhatsApp accounts or other business app accounts. They should be connected to your WhatsApp business account.
- It is better to add phone numbers with good quality ratings.
- When you add an associated number for the first time into Zoho Marketing Automation, there will be messaging limits. Business phone numbers that are already added to a WhatsApp business account can send campaigns to the following number of unique customers in a rolling 24-hour period:
- 1K unique customer
- 10K unique customers
- 100K unique customers
- An unlimited number of unique customers
How do I add associated WhatsApp numbers in Zoho Marketing Automation?
- Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Click WhatsApp under the Marketing Channels.
- Navigate to the Phone Label and Numbers tab. Click Add new number.

- Select the number along with the name and click Save.
Delete associated WhatsApp numbers from Zoho Marketing Automation
- Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Click WhatsApp under the Marketing Channels.
- Navigate to Phone Label and Numbers tab.
- Click More beside the number you want to delete.

- Click Delete.
