Snowflake, a cloud-based data warehousing platform's integration with Zoho Marketing Automation will help with efficient import and management of contacts. Once contacts are imported, you can nurture them through personalized campaigns, enhancing your marketing efforts. Given below are the steps to initiate the sync between your Snowflake and Zoho Marketing Automation accounts.

Note:
- Snowflake integration with Zoho Marketing Automation supports multi-sync. You can create multiple syncs simultanously, thereby syncing multiple databases at the same time.
- Switching roles in Snowflake while initiating sync in Zoho Marketing Automation can result in stopping the sync due to role privileges in the database, schema and table.
- Editing the database and schema names in Snowflake will stop an existing sync in Zoho Marketing Automation.
Set up sync
To set up the sync between Snowflake and Zoho Marketing Automation,
- Click the Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click Apps under Integrations.
- Click Snowflake, and click Create Sync.
- You can now enter all the relevant information into the fields, including the database name, schema name, table name, sync to, subscription type, topics, date, and sync time.
- Click Next.
- Map the Snowflake field with the relevant field in Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Click Initiate.

Note:
You can edit the sync details by clicking the Edit icon.
Map fields
You can map your Snowflake fields to respective Zoho Marketing Automation fields to import the contact information. Follow the steps given below to map the required fields:
- Click (+) icon to map your custom fields.
- Click Initiate.
Pause sync
To pause the sync between Snowflake and Zoho Marketing Automation,
- Click the More options icon and click Pause.


- Click Pause in the confirmation pop-up.

Resume sync
To resume the sync between Snowflake and Zoho Marketing Automation,
- Click the More options icon, and click Resume Sync.

- Click Resume in the confirmation pop-up.

Re-initiate sync
To re-initiate the sync between Snowflake and Zoho Marketing Automation,
- Click on More icon.
- Click Re-initiate Sync.
- Click Re-initiate Sync in the confirmation pop-up.
Update Snowflake password
After the sync is set up, you can also update the password of your Snowflake account through your Zoho Marketing Automation account. This option would help you if you change the password for your Snowflake account after initiating the sync. In that scenario, the data from the database will be held in the pipeline and will not synchronize with Zoho Marketing Automation. However, this option will let you update your password with just a few clicks and restart the data sync process.
To update your Snowflake password after initiating the sync,
- Click on the Edit icon.
- Click Integrate.
Disconnect sync
To disconnect the sync between Snowflake and Zoho Marketing Automation,
- Click Disconnect.
- Click Disconnect in the confirmation pop-up.
