Zoho Meeting is a webinar solution that allows you to host live webinars, customize and embed registration forms, and analyze reports. Integrating Zoho Marketing Automation with Zoho Meeting will allow you to sync registrants and attendees from Zoho Meeting as contacts to promote your webinars by sending webinar-based email campaigns.
By syncing your Zoho Marketing Automation account with Zoho Meeting, you can:
- Import the registrants and attendees of your webinars into Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Create a mailing list for the registrants and attendees of your webinars by importing them into Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Keep the registrants posted about the details of your webinars via email newsletters.
- Send promotional newsletters to your attendees about the topics discussed in the webinar.
Set up sync with Zoho Meeting
To sync your Zoho Meeting account with Zoho Marketing Automation:
Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.
Click Zoho Meeting under Connected Apps. Click Create sync button.
Enable the toggle to create list for each event.
Select the topics to be associated with the imported registrants and attendees. Select lawful basis if you have opted to comply with GDPR under Settings.
Click Initiate.


Note:
- Webinars that you create in Zoho Meeting after your account is associated will automatically be imported into Zoho Marketing Automation.
- View your webinars in Zoho Marketing Automation in Zoho Meeting section under Sync Services.
- The webinars for which the ‘Recurring Webinar’ option is enabled in Zoho Meeting won’t be synced to Zoho Marketing Automation.
- You can view data from the Pre-mapped fields tab after the sync is created.
Edit Sync Configuration
Navigate to Zoho Meeting sync setup by clicking Zoho Meeting under Connected Apps.
- Click Edit icon and edit the required details.

- Click Save once you are done editing.
View sync history
You can view data of the synced contacts in this section.
Navigate to Zoho Meeting sync setup by clicking Zoho Meeting under Connected Apps.
Navigate to Sync history tab. Here you can see a detailed view of your sync list:
Sync time - The time at which the sync was performed.
Total records - Total number of contacts synced at the given time.
Added - Number of new contacts added at the given time.
Updated - Number of existing contacts updated.
Skipped - Number of contacts not synced since they didn't match the sync criteria.

You can export your skipped contacts as a .csv file by clicking the export icon next to the skipped value.
