1. Total visitors: The number of individuals who have visited the landing page by clicking on the smart URL.
   
2. Known visitors:The number of visitors whose email address or phone numbers already exist in Zoho Marketing Automation.
   
3. Anonymous visitors: The number of visitors whose details do not exist in Zoho Marketing Automation and are identified using their cookie values.
   
4. Clicks: The number of individuals clicking on your smart URL or link. Clicks only take into account the number of clicks your link has got, regardless of whether the individual has visited the website or not. So clicks do not equal visits.

Note:

Any Discrepancy between number of visitors and clicks count might be due to cookies disabled at the browser thus showing the difference in numbers.

1. Visits by time: Track the total number of visits the smart link has accrued in the selected time period. You can set the date range from the Calendar option to get the statistics of a specific time period.
   
   
2. Performance by time: Determine the number of visits gained in each hour in each day of the week. Check the number of visits by hovering over the highlighted squares.
   
   
3. Visitor split: This graph shows the percentage of known and anonymous visitors that have visited the landing page URL during a specific time.
   
4. Performance by devices: View the list of devices from which the link was accessed, as well as the number of visitors from each device and the average time spent on the web page. This data is presented in tabular form.
   
   
5. Top-performing countries: View the list of countries from which the link was accessed the most, as well as the number of visitors from each country and the average time visitors spent on the web page. This data is presented in both tabular and graphical form.
