Connecting with SMS applications
Once you have signed up with any of these gateways, you will need to integrate them with Zoho Marketing Automation to send large volumes of SMS messages.
To integrate Clickatell with Zoho Marketing Automation:
- Sign up with Clickatell and buy SMS credits. Copy the AuthToken/Access Key and the test phone number given to you during the process.
- From the Navigation toolbar of Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Select Settings and choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over Clickatell and click Connect.
- In the popup that follows, click Continue.
- Fill in the following information:
- Clickatell Authorization value/credential
- Clickatell account type
6. Click Save .
Your Clickatell account is now integrated with Zoho Marketing Automation.
To integrate Twilio with Zoho Marketing Automation:
- Sign up with Twilio and buy SMS credits. Copy the AuthToken and, SID given to you during the process.
- From the Navigation toolbar of Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Select Settings and choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over Twilio and click Connect.
- In the popup that follows, click Continue.
- Fill in the following information:
- Twilio AuthToken
- Twilio SID
- Twilio phone number field will be fetched automatically. If you've multiple phone numbers you can choose the required number from the dropdown.
6. Click Save.
Your Twilio account is now integrated with Zoho Marketing Automation.
To Integrate MessageMedia with Zoho Marketing Automation:
- Sign up with MessageMedia and buy SMS credits.
- From the Navigation toolbar of Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Select Settings and choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over MessageMedia and click Connect.
- In the popup that follows, click Continue.
- For The SMS Specialist, enter your MessageMedia username and password.
- Click Save.
Your MessageMedia account is now integrated with Zoho Marketing Automation.
To integrate MessageBird with Zoho Marketing Automation:
- Sign up with MessageBird and buy SMS credits. Copy the AccessKey provided under API access (Rest) available under Developers of MessageBird.
- From the Navigation toolbar of Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Select Settings and choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over MessageBird and click Connect.
- In the popup that follows, click Continue.
- Fill in the following information:
- MessageBird AccessKey
7. Click Save.
To integrate SMSMagic with Zoho Marketing Automation:
- Sign up with SMSMagic and buy SMS credits. Copy the AccessKey provided by SMS
- From the Navigation toolbar of Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Select Settings and choose App s under Integrations.
- Mouse over SMSMagic and click Connect.
- In the popup that follows, click Continue.
- Fill in the following information:
- SMSMagic AccessKey
- SMSMagic Brandname (You can enter your registered SMS brand name)
7. Click Save.
To integrate BulkSMS with Zoho Marketing Automation:
- Sign up with BulkSMS.
- From the Navigation toolbar of Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Select Settings and choose App s under Integrations.
- Mouse over BulkSMS and click Connect.
- In the popup that follows, click Continue.
- Fill in the following information:
- BulkSMS username
- BulkSMS password
7. Click Save.
To integrate MiSMS with Zoho Marketing Automation:
- Sign up with MiSMS.
- From the Navigation toolbar of Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Select Settings and choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over MiSMS and click Connect.
- In the popup that follows, click Continue.
- Fill in the following information:
- MiSMS username
- MiSMS password
- MiSMS Brandname - Provide your product brand name so that users can easily identify your product or organization.
7. Click Save.
