Creating SMS Campaigns

Campaigns in Marketing Plus let you integrate with third-party SMS gateways to send marketing messages to customers. Information about festival offers, birthday discounts, membership benefits, and other promotions can be sent to customers as text messages. You can integrate with SMS providers including Twilio, BulkSMS, Clickatell, MessageBird, Message Media, SMS-Magic, and MiSMS.

To integrate with SMS providers

Go to the Marketing Automation module and click Setup and then Apps.
Select SMS Gateways from the filter.

To integrate with BulkSMS:

Hover over BulkSMS and click Connect.
Click Continue in the pop-up.
Enter the User Name, Password, and Sender ID and click Integrate.

To integrate with Clickatell:

Hover over Clickatell and click Connect.
Click Continue in the pop-up.
Enter the Clickatell API Key and click Integrate.

To integrate with MessageBird:

Hover over MessageBird and click Connect.
Click Continue in the pop-up.
Enter the MessageBird Access Key and Originator and click Integrate.

To integrate with MessageMedia:

Hover over MessageMedia and click Connect.
Click Continue in the pop-up.
Enter the API Key and API Secret Code and click Integrate.

To integrate with SMSMagic:

Hover over SMSMagic and click Connect.
Click Continue in the pop-up.
Enter the SMSMagic API Key and Sender ID and click Integrate.

To integrate with Twilio:

Hover over SMSMagic and click Connect.
Click Continue in the pop-up.
Enter the Twilio SID, Twilio AuthToken, and Twilio Phone Number and click Integrate.
