The Budget Summary tab in a Marketing Project consists of various dashboards that gives an overview on the planned marketing budget for the project and the expenses associated with it. This is a designated tab available in all Marketing Projects to help track and start on top of your marketing budget and expenses.

This section displays the Planned Budget for the Marketing Project, the total amount Spent, and the amount that's remaining or that's overspent from the budget. You can also view the description and supporting files (documents, or images) if any. You can constantly keep tabs on this section to understand the money that's been spent on marketing activities and immediately identify if you are exceeding your budget.

This graph depicts the monthly expenses on all your marketing activities. You can filter the graph and view the overall expense every month, or view the only expenses on different Marketing Activities. You can hover over the plot to get the exact amount that's spent in a month.

This section displays a list of top five channels/activities where you have spent the most of your marketing budget.

This section displays a list of all the recent expenses associated with the Marketing Project. You can click View All to get a detailed list of all the expenses.

The expense report consists of all the expenses on various marketing activities organized by date. You can find information such as the expense name, the associated activity, and the amount spent. The Expense Report can also be exported to a .CSV, or .XLSX file by clicking the export icon . 

The Budget Board in Marketing Plus acts as a detailed dashboard where you can monitor the budget and spend analysis for your brand.

This section has all the information on the real-time status of the marketing budget for your brand. You can switch between the brands to get details related to the specific brand in Marketing Plus.

This displays the Approved Budget for the Brand, type of budget, description, and related documents/images.

This chart displays all the important information related to your budget such as the total approved budget amount, the total expense, and the remaining amount from your budget. If in case you have exceeded the budget, you can also track that from this section.

This graph gives you a clear picture of all your expenses every month and your total budget is represented as a benchmark. This helps you understand how your brand has spent on various marketing activities every month and monitor if you have exceeded the budget. You can hover over the plot to get details such as the total spend, and the remaining budget amount in a particular day.

When your expenses exceed the budget, the plot will be represented in red. You can hover over the plot to get the amount that you have overspent.

This section has all the information on the different types of expenses and the activities associated with it.

This section gives you an insight on how you have spent your marketing budget. You can see a list of top expenses based on activities, marketing project, objective, type, and location. This helps you understand where and how you have spent the maximum amount of your marketing budget.

This section displays a list of all the recent expenses across various marketing projects. You can vide details like the expense date, name, activity name, the marketing project, and the amount spent.

You can click View All to get a detailed list of all the expenses in the brand. You can click the Export icon   to export the data as a .csv or .xlsx file.
