Manage Billing

The Billing option in the Organization Details page lets you manage your payments for Marketing Plus such as purchasing add-ons and upgrading your subscription.


To upgrade your subscription
  1. Go to Setup and then Organization and click Billing.

  2. Click Upgrade.
  3. Select Yearly or Monthly and specify the required add-ons.
  4. Click Proceed.

  5. Enter Billing Details and Credit Card information.
    You can also log in to your PayPal account to make the payment.
  6. Click Make Payment.
To upgrade add-ons
  1. Go to Setup and then Organization and click Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade Add-Ons.

  3. Select the number of units and click Proceed
  4. Click Make Payment.
To change your billing address
  1. Go to Setup and then Organization and click Billing.
  2. Click Change Address next to Payment Method.

  3. Click Change next to the address information.
  4. Enter the new billing address and click Update.
To change your payment method
  1. Go to Setup > Organization and click Billing.
  2. Click Change Payment Method.

  3. Enter your new Credit Card information or add your PayPal account.
  4. Click Update
To downgrade add-ons
  1. Go to Setup and then Organization and click Billing.
  2. Click Downgrade Add-Ons.

  3. Select the Number of Units and click Proceed.
To cancel your subscription
  1. Go to Setup > Organization and click Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.

  3. Read the message and click Downgrade Anyway if you still want to cancel the subscription.
  4. Specify the reason for cancelling.
  5. Select the checkbox to downgrade at the end of the current billing cycle.
  6. Click Confirm Downgrade.
