A brand represents your business in Marketing Plus. All marketing projects are carried out under a specific brand.
Brand Studio is a space where marketing projects can be created and managed for a particular brand. It's a centralized space where all the activities such as email campaigns, social media posts, surveys, webinars, and SMS campaigns. can be created for a Marketing Project.
All the marketing campaigns that you initiate for your business are called Marketing Projects. The projects can be assigned to the appropriate owner and various activities can be scheduled to be carried out from the Brand Studio.
Activities in Marketing Plus represent the various marketing operations that you perform for your marketing projects. For example, an email campaign, s social post, a survey, a webinar, or an event.
Tasks are assigned to users based on the activity and the Marketing Project that they belong to. For example, an email campaign is an activity, and preparing the mail list for the campaign is a task within that activity.
Brand Assets is a repository for all files, including videos, documents, images, and spreadsheets, that are required for your brand. Each Marketing Project will have a separate folder where all the files for it are stored.
The organizational hierarchy in your business can be replicated in Marketing Plus with roles. Data access permissions can be defined separately for each role.
The Administrator is the user who has permission to access all the features and brands and manage users (team members) and the account subscription.
Subscription Manager is a role given to users which allows them to manage the subscription to Zoho Marketing Plus. They can upgrade, purchase add-ons, and perform any other actions related to the payment process.
Objectives and Types
The aim (or objective) and type of each marketing project can be defined. For example, the reason for a marketing project is to Generate Leads. That's the Objective. The Type of the campaign is Tradeshow or Conference.
