The Survey module, powered by Zoho Survey, lets you create various surveys and reach out to your audience. Various personalization options are available, which let you design a survey and share it with your customers via channels like email, social media, or a private group.

Create and customize

Survey in Marketing Plus lets you create a survey for your prospects and customers. There are 25 different question types to choose from such as multiple choice, dropdown, rating scale, NPS, slider scale, which can be used to design the survey with a simple drag-and-drop editor. You can also choose from over 200 predefined templates. Surveys can be translated in 30 different languages to cater to a diverse audience.

Send surveys via various channels

Each survey created will have a unique URL that can be shared with your prospects via email, blog, or by embedding it on your website. You can also host these surveys on your domain. The survey can also be shared on Facebook, or sent to contacts in Zendesk, Shopify, Eventbrite, or MailChimp. QR codes can also be generated which the audience can scan to participate.

Collect responses

The responses can be collected anonymously, which prevents you from collecting personal information such as name, email, phone, etc. In case of poor internet connectivity, you can choose to collect the survey responses offline and synchronize them once you are connected to the internet. If you are not able to get a certain number of responses from your audience, you can choose to buy responses. This can be done by simply selecting the country, age, and gender of participants and the number of responses that you need. They can also be embedded in your websites to allow visitors to take part in the survey.

Analyze reports

Detailed analytics of the responses made by your audience can be obtained in real time. You can filter these analytics by specifying various criteria and create a custom report. Cross-tab reporting lets you analyze the responses of two different questions in the survey and analyze the relationship between them. These reports can also be shared with your team members or scheduled to be shared with them automatically.
