Total Storage: The total storage available to an organization is based on the number and type of licenses purchased. For example, if an organization has 50 GB of storage, it is shared across all users in the organization, not fixed per user.
No Static Allocation Per User: Any member of the organization can use any amount of storage. There is no fixed allocation per individual user. However, the total cumulative usage across all users must stay within the total storage limit.
Example: If the organization has 50 GB of storage, one user could use 40 GB, while others might use only 5 GB, and the total usage will still be 45 GB, which is within the limit.Storage Limit Exceeded: If the total storage used by the organization exceeds the available storage:
All users will be restricted from recording new sessions or uploading new files (e.g., shared materials).
These restrictions will be applied to everyone in the organization, not just those who exceeded their portion of the storage.
How to Regain Access: To lift the restrictions, the organization can:
Delete files or recordings to reduce total usage, or
Purchase a storage add-on to increase the total storage limit.
