Get reminders for your scheduled meetings by adding them to your calendar.
For Hosts of the meeting
To seamlessly integrate meetings with Zoho and Google calendars, hosts can activate their calendar settings. Simply access the "Settings" on your Zoho Meeting home page and enable the feature to add sessions to your calendar.
How to integrate event indicator in other calendars
- Click Meetings on your Zoho Meeting home page.
- In the Upcoming Meetings tab, click the meeting you want to add to your calendar.
- Click the Add to Calendar option. A file with the extension '.ics' will be downloaded to your computer.
- Import or drag and drop the file to your calendar.
For Participants
If participants have calendars associated with their email service, the meeting event will be added to it by default through the invitation email if the participant have responded Yes to the RSPV invite.
To add events to other calendars.
- Open the email invitation of your meeting.
- Download the attached '.ics' file (you can find it at the bottom of the email).
- Import or drag and drop the file to your calendar.
