Accessibility controls in Zoho Meeting

Zoho Meeting is committed to providing an inclusive experience for all users. Our accessibility features are designed to support users with diverse needs, ensuring that everyone can participate effectively in online meetings.

How to access accessibility settings

  1. Log into your Zoho Meeting account.
  2. Click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
  3. Navigate to the Accessibility to customize your settings.

 Vision

  • Reading mask: The reading mask feature helps users maintain focus while reading content on the screen. When enabled, it highlights the horizontal area around the mouse cursor or focus point while dimming the rest of the screen. This is especially beneficial for users with attention difficulties or visual processing challenges, allowing them to concentrate on one section at a
    time.

  • Focus ring: This feature introduces a visible border or outline around the currently focused UI element. It is primarily useful for keyboard users and those using assistive technologies like screen readers. The focus ring makes navigation clearer by showing exactly which item—such as a button, input field, or link—is currently selected or active.
  • Underline links: To improve link visibility, especially for users with color blindness or low contrast sensitivity, this option ensures all hyperlinks are underlined. This visual cue clearly distinguishes links from regular text, making it easier for users to identify clickable elements without relying on color alone.

 Hearing

  • Screen reader compatibility: Zoho Meeting is compatible with popular screen readers, providing auditory descriptions of on-screen elements.

 Mobility

  • Keyboard navigation and page navigator: Navigate through the platform using keyboard shortcuts, reducing reliance on a mouse.
Quickly jump to main sections of the interface using keyboard navigation, streamlining the user experience for those with motor impairments.

  • Motor disabilities: Emphasizes keyboard navigation and reduces the need for precise mouse movements.
