The browser pop-up for enabling audio does not seem to appear. How do I fix this?
If you do not see the browser pop-up that helps you enable audio for your online meeting, please try restarting your browser first. If the problem persists, you may try restarting your computer.
Restarting your browser
Google Chrome
To restart Google Chrome, enter chrome://restart in your browser.
Mozilla Firefox
- To restart Mozilla Firefox, go to Firefox menu > Tools > Web Developer. Alternatively, press Shift + F2.
- Type restart in the command line of the developer toolbar and press Enter.
Restarting your computer
Windows
To restart Windows OS, go to the Start menu, click the power button, then select Restart.
Mac
To restart Mac OS, go to the Apple menu and select Restart.
