Unable to unmute microphone - How do I fix this?

​Your computer OS settings might prevent Zoho Meeting from using the microphone. We will also notify the host under participant list if someone's microphone is muted in OS.  


Here's how you can unmute your device if this happens. 



Unmute your Mac device

1. Go to System Preferences > Sound  > Input

2. Increase the Input volume using the slider.

 

Unmute your Windows device

1. Go to Control Panel > Sound > Recording

2. Double-click the microphone and select Levels.

3..Enable your microphone by clicking on the disabled speaker icon.

4. Increase the volume using the slider.

5. Click Ok.


Unmute your Linux device

1. Go to Sound settings > Input

2. Select the microphone device setting.

3. Increase the volume using the slider.

4. Click Ok.
