Ensure the following to make Zoho Meeting work beyond the system firewall,
Exclude domains in the firewall and proxy settings
Allow certain ports in firewall settings
Include executable files or exclude directories in the firewall.
Exclude TCP and web socket protocols for the following domains from your firewall and proxy settings
*.zoho.com

Now, Zoho Meeting has mapped all the IP addresses of our global Gateway network, to a single domain name, mediaserver.zohomeeting.com. Zoho Meeting will communicate to the destination port received when the client makes it connection. The firewall should be configured to allow these connections.
How to allow ports in the firewall?
Open Windows firewall from search
Click Advanced settings
To allow our ports, you must individually set new rules in both Inbound Rules and Outbound Rules.
Click New Rule from the right pane.
Click on Port and proceed Next.
Mention the port range 16384 - 32768 for UDP and 443 for TCP when connecting to specific remote ports.
Click on Allow the connection.
Select all checkboxes.
Give a name for the rule and click 'finish'.
