Configure Firewall - Zoho Meeting

Zoho Meeting's Network Firewall or Proxy Server Settings

If your Zoho meeting or webinar is in connecting mode for a long time, it might be due to issues in establishing a connection with Zoho Meeting servers. To resolve this, ensure your firewall is configured to be compatible with Zoho Meeting. Zoho Meeting requires outbound traffic to be allowed and return connections to be permitted.
Most of the settings mentioned below can only be configured by your system administrator if you are using Zoho Meeting software within an organization that employs a system admin. If you are the system administrator, you can directly implement these steps with ease.

Ensure the following for Zoho Meeting to work beyond the system firewall:

1. Exclude domains in the firewall and proxy settings.
2. Allow certain ports in firewall settings.
3. Include executable files or exclude directories in the firewall.

Zoho Meeting has mapped all the IP addresses of our global Gateway network to a single domain name: `mediaserver.zohomeeting.com`. Zoho Meeting will communicate to the destination port received when the client makes its connection. The firewall should be configured to allow these connections.

What ports to allow in the firewall?
