Integrate your Zoho Meeting account with HubSpot to automatically sync session data such as transcripts, summaries, and attendee details. This integration helps your sales and support teams stay aligned and follow up effectively within your HubSpot workspace.

This integration is available exclusively in the Zoho Meeting Professional edition.Setting up the integration of Zoho Meeting with HubSpot
Step 1: Access the HubSpot integration in Zoho Meeting
Log into your Zoho Meeting account.
Navigate to Settings from the left panel.
Click Apps under the Integrations section.
Locate the HubSpot for Meeting card and click Configure.
Step 2: Connect your HubSpot account
Click Connect to begin authorization.
On the HubSpot login screen, enter your email and proceed.
Select the HubSpot account you wish to connect.
Review and approve the requested permissions, then click Connect app.
Step 3: Complete the configuration
Once connected, you’ll be redirected back to Zoho Meeting and the integration will be active.
Meeting data synced to HubSpot includes:
Chat transcripts
Recording transcripts
Recording summaries
Attendee details
Meeting metadata
Check or uncheck the boxes to update your preferences for the post-session insights you'd like to push to HubSpot.
Perform actions from within HubSpot
Once integrated, you can take quick actions directly from HubSpot. To do this, navigate to the Contacts section in HubSpot and either click on the desired contact or use the Preview option next to the contact's name.
Schedule a meeting
Plan and schedule meetings from contact, company, or deal records.
You can enter the meeting title, type, date, duration, and time zone, and schedule a Zoho Meeting directly from within HubSpot’s interface.
Start an instant meeting
Launch instant meetings from within HubSpot to engage contacts in real time.
Under the Overview tab, you can view all Zoho Meeting sessions, including both associated and invited sessions for the selected contact.
Associated sessions: Meetings linked to the HubSpot contact or ticket

App card views
Zoho Meeting details will appear in the App card area of relevant HubSpot records. You can use various layout views:
Navigate to Settings, then go to Account Management > Connected Apps > Zoho Meeting, and click on App Cards to add Zoho Meeting app cards and manage your Zoho Meeting view preferences.

These entries offer a chronological view of how each contact has engaged through meetings.
Disconnecting the integration
To uninstall:
Go to Settings > Integrations > Apps in Zoho Meeting.
Locate the HubSpot for Meeting card.
Click Uninstall to disconnect your HubSpot account.
