Zoho Meeting's Zia integration, in collaboration with Open AI's ChatGPT, helps analyze and condense meeting transcripts into brief, easy-to-read keynotes. This Zia integration will help you increase your productivity with short and quick keynotes generated using the Meeting/Webinar session's recording transcripts.
How to setup?
Log in to your Zoho Meeting account
Navigate to the Integrations tab in the settings page and Click ZIA.
Log in to your Open AI account.
Copy the API access token, organization name and organization ID.
Go back to the Zoho Meeting's Zia integration page to paste the access token, organization name and organization ID.
Click Save to enable integration.
How to access transcripts and keynotes ?
Navigate to Recordings tab
Click on More options button next to the desired session recording
Click View Transcript

Open AI request rate limit : A rate limit is a restriction that an API imposes on the number of times a user or client can access the server within a specified period of time.

Note :
When the transcript is enabled and OpenAI is disabled: Only the meeting transcript will be generated.
When transcript is disabled and OpenAI is enabled: Neither the meeting transcript and keynotes will not be generated.
ZIA Integration is available for US, IN, EU, AU and CA Data centers.
Transcription via ZIA is supported only for English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Russian currently.
