Zoho Flow
Zoho Flow is an integration platform that lets you connect your favourite apps together so you can save time, simplify tasks and reduce workload. Connect Zoho Meeting with your favourite apps using Zoho Flow.
Both admin and member can configure this integration settings.
The 'Zoho Flow' integration is available only in the paid meeting and webinar editions in Zoho Meeting.
Zoho Meeting with Zoho Flow:
With Zoho Flow, automate your business workflows by setting up triggers/actions to schedule a meeting or webinar, send invites to participants, record sessions and update settings without using any codes.
Integrating Zoho Meeting with Zoho Flow:
1. Log into Zoho Flow and create your own automation space by providing your organization name, selecting your time zone and choosing the preferred format of date and clicking Create.
2. Click the create flow option to get started with designing your flow.
3. Fill in the flow name and description suitable for the type of flow you're creating and choose Create.
4. Choose the app-based trigger from the available triggers - App, Schedule & Webhook and click Configure.
5. Search and select "Zoho Meeting" in the app trigger window and continue by pressing Next.
6. Select any trigger and action and click Next.
7. To integrate your Zoho Meeting into the flow, click Connect.
8. Configure the details of your connection by specifying the connection name and customizing it with required actions and triggers, and click Authorize.
9. Click Done after filling in the variable name and selecting your department to complete setting up your Zoho Meeting as a trigger application in Zoho Flow.
