Delete your notes :

1. Start or join your meeting.
   
2. Click Notes on the top menu bar.
   
3. In Notes window, g o to a specific note, click more and select the Delete option.

 

Add, view and share your notes (Zoho Users) :

1. After exiting the meeting, click Add under Notes on the exit page to add any notes related to the meeting. You can also click View to view all the Associated Notes.
   
   
2. To share the notes, click more   and select Open in Notebook option. Open the note that you want to share and click the Share icon. For non Zoho users, the notes can be shared as text through mail and other apps.
   
   
3. You can also use the Private Share option to share the notes with other registered Zoho users. 

Note:

Non Zoho users can download the notes once the meeting is over.
