The Zoho Meeting integration in Zoho Projects lets you conduct instant online meetings with your team members to collaborate on tasks related to a project. With this integration, you can invite participants and initiate meetings quickly without leaving Zoho Projects.

The 'Zoho Projects' integration is available only in the paid editions of Zoho Meeting.
Only admins and super admins can access the Integration tab.

How to
Conduct an instant meeting
- Log in to Zoho Projects.
- Go to a project and click on a task.
- Click Meet now in the top-right corner.
- Select users and click Send invite.
- Click Start meeting.
Tip
Once you start the meeting, you can share the invitation link with anyone outside your Zoho Projects team to let them join your meeting.
