Overview   

Zoho Sprints integrates seamlessly with Zoho Meeting, enabling agile teams to schedule and manage virtual meetings directly within their sprint workflows. This integration facilitates efficient communication, allowing teams to conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives without leaving the Zoho Sprints environment.

1. Currently, this integration is initiated from Zoho Sprints to Zoho Meeting. Scheduling meetings from Zoho Meeting into Zoho Sprints is not supported at this time, but any meetings scheduled via Sprints will still appear in your Zoho Meeting dashboard.
2. Only admins and Super admin can configure this integration.

 Benefits   

• Streamlined Scheduling: Plan and initiate meetings directly from Zoho Sprints modules such as Sprint Details, Board, Release, and Item Details.

• Automatic Synchronization: Meetings scheduled in Zoho Sprints are automatically created in Zoho Meeting, ensuring consistency across platforms.

• Real-Time Updates: Any edits made to meeting details in Zoho Sprints are reflected in Zoho Meeting and vice versa.

• Enhanced Collaboration: Invite external users, record sessions for future reference, and access chat transcripts to keep all stakeholders informed.

Enabling the Integration  

To set up the integration between Zoho Sprints and Zoho Meeting:

1. Click the gear icon at the top-right corner of Zoho Sprints to open the Settings window.

2. Navigate to Marketplace > Zoho Apps.

3. Locate Zoho Meeting and click Associate to link your account.

 Scheduling an Online Meeting   

Once the integration is enabled:

1. Go to the Meetings module in Zoho Sprints.

2. Click the Schedule button.

3. Select Online Meeting.

4. Enter the meeting details, including title, date, time, and participants.

5. Click Schedule.

The meeting will be created in both Zoho Sprints and Zoho Meeting.

 Starting and Managing Meetings   

To start a scheduled meeting:

1. Navigate to the Meetings module in Zoho Sprints.

2. Under Scheduled, find the meeting you wish to start.

3. Click Start Now.

4. Choose your preferred audio options and click Start Meeting.

To end the meeting, click Exit followed by End Meeting.

 Managing Meeting Details   

• Comments: Add comments to meetings for additional notes or action items. These comments can be edited, deleted, or converted into work items.

• Attachments: Include relevant documents or files in the meeting comments for easy access during discussions.

 Deleting a Meeting   

To delete a meeting from Zoho Sprints:

1. Go to the Meetings module.

2. Select the meeting you wish to delete.

3. Click the delete icon on the right menu bar.

 Additional Information   

• The integration is enabled by default for trial accounts and accounts under the Zoho One plan.

• Only users with Zoho Meeting accounts can create and edit online meetings and view session details.

• If the team owner changes and the new owner is not an Admin in the configured Zoho Meeting organization, the integration will be temporarily disabled. To re-enable, add the new team owner to the configured organization or dissociate and re-enable the integration with the new organization.
