How to Embed a Zoho Meeting on your website
Embed your meeting link on your organization's website, allowing participants to join directly by entering their email address. This is especially useful when multiple meetings are happening at the same time. Instead of searching through email invitations or links, participants can simply visit your website and join the meeting of their choice.
To embed a meeting link
This feature is only in the Professional edition of Zoho Meeting.
- Click Meetings on the left pane.
- Go to the Upcoming Meetings and select the meeting.
- Click more icon(⋮) next to the meeting you want to embed, then select Embed from the dropdown menu.
- Copy and paste the HTML code on your website.
You can also do this immediately after scheduling a meeting. Click Try Embed Widget from the meeting details page that appears right after the meeting is scheduled.
* Only a single embed code can be generated for each meeting.
* Presenters cannot start meetings through embedded meeting links.
