Embed a meeting link
Embed your meeting link in your organization website so that anyone can join your meeting by entering their email address. This feature comes in handy when multiple meetings happen in your organization at the same time. Participants can visit the website and join the meeting of their choice without having to look for email invitations and joining links.
Access Zoho Meeting To embed a meeting link:
- Click Meetings on the left pane.
- Go to the Upcoming Meetings and select the meeting.
- Click Try Embed Widget at the bottom of your meeting details page.
- Copy and paste the HTML code on your website.
Note
- This feature is only available in the paid editions of Zoho Meeting.
- Only a single embed code can be generated for each meeting.
- Presenters cannot start meetings through embedded meeting links.
