You can invite participants to your meeting in four ways:
I. Sending email invitations
Participants can view details such as the topic, agenda, date and time of the meeting, and use the joining link in the invitation email to attend meetings at the scheduled time. They will also be able to join meetings through
phone audio using the access code for the meeting and the dial-in numbers list linked inside the email. By default, the dial-in number for US will be present in the email. Participants can also respond to the
RSVP sent by the presenters within the email itself.
- Click Meetings on the left pane.
- Click any meeting to add participants.
Click (⋮) icon, and then click Edit meeting and enter the email addresses in the Participants field.
Enter the participant to add and click
Save.
Mail addresses of participants once invited gets added to your Zoho Contacts list. The auto-suggest feature lets you select and enter email addresses saved in your Zoho Contacts list.
- Participants will be able to decline invitations only using the RSVP tab in invitation emails. Reminder emails will be sent even if a participant declines an invitation.
II. Sharing a link
- Click Meetings on the left pane.
- Click the desired meeting from the list
- Copy and share the link with your participants.
III. Sharing a 10 digit key
- Click Meetings on the left pane.
- Click the desired meeting from the list
- Copy and share the Meeting ID with participants.
- At the scheduled time for the meeting, participants can navigate to meet.zoho.com and enter their email address, and the key to join the session.
IV. Inviting during a meeting
Even if your meeting has already begun, you can still invite participants. Just enter their email addresses and click 'Invite.' Alternatively, you can copy the meeting link to share or copy the invitation to send it.
