Meeting Reports

Generating Meeting Reports based on number of sessions, duration of sessions, or engagement of participants in your meeting will help you evaluate how your online meeting sessions have performed. 


Info

Basic reports for analytics is available in both the free and all paid editions of Zoho Meeting.

Advanced analytics is available only in the Professional and Enterprise editions of Zoho Meeting.

Access reports 

  1. Log in to Zoho Meeting.

  2. Click Analytics on the left pane and select Meeting at the top.


Session Count
 The Session Count dashboard helps you understand various metrics, such as the number of sessions, average sessions per day, total duration of the sessions conducted, and the number of participants joined.

Session Duration


The Session Duration dashboard gives you insights on the duration of sessions, average duration per session, number of sessions conducted, and the number of participants joined.

Session History

The Session History tab will help you with the information on all the meetings that have been held. The participant engagement report can be accessed by clicking on the participants count of each meeting in the pivot table


Participant Engagement Report

 Participant Engagement Report can be accessed by clicking on the participants count of each meeting in the pivot table below the Session Count/Session Duration dashboard.
 

The Participant Engagement Report helps you understand the behavior of each participant who attended the meeting. This report includes :

 

  • Name of the participant

  • Role of the participant

  • The device that the participant joined from

  • Participant's time of joining and leaving the meeting

  • The duration for which the participant was in the meeting


Export Participant Engagement Report

 

1. Click the Export option above the pivot table below the Session Count/Session Duration dashboard or in the Participant Engagement Report window



 

  1. Click Export. This report can be exported as a XLS or a CSV file. While exporting the file, you can choose to protect the file using a password and also hide personal information (email addresses).

Session Count and Session Duration reports are available only in the Professional Edition of Zoho Meeting.
