During a meeting, anyone can use the Raise Hand feature as a signal to get the attention of the speaker, or to answer impromptu questions or to indicate that you want to contribute without interrupting the conversation. Some use cases are listed below.

The Raise hand feature is available in both free and paid editions of Zoho Meeting.
Possible use cases
- The Host can ask participants to 'raise hands' if:
- The presenter's voice is audible enough.
- They agree with something that the Host states.
- Their question has not been answered
- They need to speak in the meeting.

Start or join your meeting
Click Reactions on the meeting toolbar at the bottom.
Click Raise hand.
See who has raised their hand
How it works
Everyone in the meeting will see on their screens that you've got your hand up. Anyone who has raised their hand will have a hand icon next to their name in the participants list as well.
The meeting host will also receive a notification on the meeting toolbar that your hand is raised.
Lower your hand

Click Reactions on the meeting toolbar at the bottom.
Click Lower hand.
The Hand Raise icon also appears on the participant’s list and self video feed. Click the Lower hand icon next to your name to lower your hand.
Lower hands as a Host

If you're the Host of the meeting, you also have the option to lower everyone's hand at once or lower individual hands.
Select Participants icon from the meeting toolbar.
Click the hand icon next to the participant name to lower their hand
When multiple people put their hands up, use filter to select Raised Hands.
Select Lower All Hands.
