How to use remote access in online meetings? - Zoho Meeting

Remote access

Remote access in online meetings
Remote access enables participants of an online meeting to interact with the presenter's screen, and collaborate on documents and presentations. The presenter can either give control to the participant, or the participants can request control during screen sharing.
The Remote control/Remote access feature is available only in the paid editions of Zoho Meeting.

Give control

1. Enter your meeting window and start sharing your screen.
2. Click Participants   in the meeting toolbar at the bottom.
3. Click  next to the participant's name and select Give Control.

Request control

  1. In your live meeting window, click  Participants   in the meeting toolbar at the bottom.
  2. Click   next to the Presenter's name and select  Request control. A request will be shown on your presenter's screen. They can accept or deny your request for remote access. If the presenter accepts your request, you can control the presenter's screen using your keyboard and mouse.

Revoke control

  1. In your live meeting window, click Participants in the meeting toolbar at the bottom.

  2. Click next to the controller's name and select Revoke Control. The controller will see a banner at the top of the screen indicating that their control has been revoked.

Note
  1. To use this feature, the presenter must be using the Zoho Meeting desktop app, and must be sharing their entire screen instead of selected application windows.
  2. This feature is only available in the paid versions of Zoho Meeting.
  3. Mobile device users will not be able to use this feature.
  4. Only one participant can use remote access at a time. If the presenter gives control to a second participant, remote accessibility will move from the first participant to the second.
