Give control
Request control
- In your live meeting window, click Participants in the meeting toolbar at the bottom.
- Click
next to the Presenter's name and select Request control. A request will be shown on your presenter's screen. They can accept or deny your request for remote access. If the presenter accepts your request, you can control the presenter's screen using your keyboard and mouse.
Revoke control
In your live meeting window, click Participants in the meeting toolbar at the bottom.

- To use this feature, the presenter must be using the Zoho Meeting desktop app, and must be sharing their entire screen instead of selected application windows.
- This feature is only available in the paid versions of Zoho Meeting.
- Mobile device users will not be able to use this feature.
- Only one participant can use remote access at a time. If the presenter gives control to a second participant, remote accessibility will move from the first participant to the second.
