File Sharing
Hosts and participants can now share materials such as PDFs, PPTs, and videos during online meetings. When scheduling meetings, you can attach materials from your computer, WorkDrive, or library.
How-To
Attach Material:
Expand the More Options menu when scheduling a meeting.
Click Attach Material under Session Materials.
Select the material you want to attach from your computer, your previous materials, or WorkDrive and click Attach.
Share Material:
Open your meeting window.
Select the share option in the meeting toolbar and choose Share Material.
Select a file to share from the attached materials, or attach a material from your library or WorkDrive.
Note:
Share Material is currently not supported in the mobile app.
To view materials shared from WorkDrive, the materials must be set with "Anyone on the internet" privacy setting.
The maximum size limit for PPT and PDF files is 250MB
The maximum size limit for MP4 files is 1 GB
