Start a meeting

1. Click Meetings on the left pane.
   
2. Click Start to the right of the meeting you want to begin.
   
3. Select your audio option:
   
• Phone: If you're using Zoho Audio, enter the dial-in number followed by conference code and pin. If you're using a different phone conferencing system, follow that particular system's instructions to join a conference call.
  
• Computer audio: Simply start speaking once the participants have joined.
  
4. Click Continue.
   
5. To share your screen with participants, click Share screen. You can either share your entire screen or only specific application windows. Select the screen you want to share and click Share.
   

End a meeting

To end a meeting, click Exit on the meeting controls at the bottom of the screen. If you are a host or co-host, you will have two options.  To end the meeting for yourself and all participants, click End meeting for all. To leave a meeting before it is over, select Leave Meeting. If you are the only host, you can assign any other participants as the new host, then click Assign and Leave.
