The Background feature can be used to display an image, a GIf, or effects as your background during a meeting, or you can use nothing and simply blur the background. This feature works best preferably with a green screen and uniform lighting to allow Zoho Meeting to detect the difference between you and your background. You can only change virtual backgrounds during video conferencing.

Avoid having an open window or light behind you for better focus
To achieve the best virtual background effect, use a solid color background (preferably green)
Higher quality cameras result in a better background
Use uniform lighting and color
Do not wear clothing that is the same color as the background
To enable the Background feature for your account:
Sign in to the Zoho Meeting web portal
Click Settings on the left pane.
Under My Settings, navigate to the Virtual Background option and verify that the setting is enabled. If the setting is disabled, click the toggle button to enable it.
How to apply a Background during meetings
Start or join your meeting.
In the Join page, select the magic wand icon on the video feed. If you do not have the icon check if the setting is enabled on your account.
Click on an image or gif or effects to select the desired virtual background, then click Okay.
After joining the meeting, you can change the background by selecting Background option from Settings under more option (...) in the meeting toolbar or self video feed.
Note:
This feature is not supported in mobile apps yet.
If you are trying to set a Custom background image, It is required to be a 16:9 ratio image. For Firefox browser alone 4:3 ratio images are preferred.
Your chosen background will be used as the default for all your future meetings. You can change it anytime if needed.
