The Whiteboard feature is available in both the free and paid editions of Zoho Meeting.

Sharing a Whiteboard

1. Start or join your meeting.
2. Click Share from the meeting toolbar at the bottom.
3. Click Whiteboard.
4. You can draw, sketch, write or insert any images on the whiteboard.
5. When you are done, click Stop Sharing.

Using the whiteboard

• Click the Undo/Redo icon to reverse or delete your last actions.
• Click Insert Text at the bottom to type your text and choose a colour to add to the whiteboard.
• Change the pen stroke, and select the thickness and colour using the pen button. You can also enable Shape Recognition for whiteboard to recognise basic shapes as you draw them and adjust them.
• Tap Insert Shape to insert any shapes in the whiteboard. You can enable fill option to fill the shapes with any colours.
• Click Insert Image at the bottom to add any image to the whiteboard. You can also enable Upload to library option to use the image again.
• Click Save as image on top right to download the image in png format to your computer.
• Click Clear Whiteboard to clean out the whiteboard screen and start things afresh.

View/Download Whiteboard

1. Once the meeting is over, you can view/download whiteboard from the end meeting page.
2. To view whiteboard in Zoho Meeting portal, go to Resources under Past Meetings tab.

Note: Currently whiteboard feature is not supported in Zoho Meeting mobile applications.
