Zoho Meeting Android App

With the Zoho Meeting Android app, you can start mobile meetings from anywhere, and join meetings and webinars directly from your mobile device. Communicate through real-time video and collaborate efficiently with screen sharing.

Pre-requisites :

  • Minimum supported android version is 8.0 and later

  • Please connect to a wifi network for the best quality

 

To install and use the Zoho Meeting mobile app on your android device: 

  1. Download the Zoho Meeting Android app from the Play Store, then click the icon to enter.

  2. Log in to your account with your username and password. You can sign in to the Android app using your Google account too.

 


  Sharing your screen from Android :

 

  1. Open the Zoho Meeting app on your Android phone.

  2. To start an instant meeting click Meet Now. To start any scheduled meeting, go to the Upcoming meetings.

  3. Click Start next to the topic of the meeting.

  4. Check your audio and video and click Proceed.

  5. Click the Share Screen icon at the bottom.

  6. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Yes to share your Android screen with participants in real-time.

 



Using bluetooth devices with the Android app :
Enabling the bluetooth permissions for the Zoho Meeting app will allow users to connect and use external bluetooth devices. 
  1. Go to Settings in your mobile device
  2. Navigate to App permissions for Zoho Meeting app
  3. Allow Nearby Device Permission for Zoho Meeting
Additional App Features :

  • Chat functionality during meetings, including file sharing, replying to a message, editing a message, sending emojis, and reactions.

  • Mute your mic or camera, change your camera to front or back, or end the call.

  • Attendee Engagement features in webinar - Raise Hand, Polls, Allow to talk, Q&A.
