Live streaming webinars on YouTube
YouTube Live streaming is a great way to maximize your social media exposure and connect your webinar to a much larger audience. During the live stream, people can comment and ask questions on YouTube.
Enabling Youtube live streaming for Webinars
Zoho Meeting
- Log in to Zoho Meeting.
- Click Settings in the left pane.
- In the My Settings tab, enable the Live streaming webinars on YouTube option.

To enable live stream, you need to verify your channel by following the steps below,
- Go to YouTube.
- From the top right, click Create
Go live.
- If you haven't already, follow the prompts to verify your channel.
- Enabling your first live stream may take up to 24 hours. Once enabled, you can live stream instantly.
To broadcast your Zoho webinars on YouTube Live
- Start the webinar as an Organizer.
- Click the GO LIVE button in the top-left corner and click Start.
- Sign in with your Google account and click Next.
- Select Allow to provide permission for Zoho Meeting to access your Google account.
- Enter the Zoho Webinar title to be displayed on YouTube.
- Verify your Account Information.
- Select the video accessibility. You can choose Public, Unlisted, or Private.
Public : Videos can be seen by anyone on YouTube.
Unlisted : Videos can be seen and shared by anyone with the link.
Unlisted : Videos can be seen and shared by anyone with the link.
Private : Videos can only be seen by you and the people who you choose.
Click the Go Live button. The progress bar will let you know that your session is being prepared for streaming.
- Click the share arrow to access the video link. Copy the link to send it to your target audience. Attendees viewing on Youtube can use the YouTube comment section to share their questions or thoughts. Live streaming will stop when you end the webinar.
Note :
- Audio (through VoIP or telephone) and screen sharing will be live streamed to YouTube. However, video will not be streamed.
- This feature is only available in the paid editions of Zoho Meeting.
