Webinar Analytics

Once your webinar is over, you can learn how effective it was using detailed analytical reports on registrations, attendee engagement, polls, and Q&A. You can also download and view responses by registrants if you had customized your webinar registration form by adding fields.

Info
  1. Basic reports for analytics is available in the free and all paid webinar editions of Zoho Meeting.
  2. Advanced analytics is available only in the Professional and Enterprise editions of Zoho Meeting webinars.

To access reports:
  1. Click Webinars on the left pane and select Analytics at the top.
    1. Click any webinar title to view reports for that webinar. You can view the following reports for each webinar.


      Notes
      Note:This feature is only available in the paid edition of webinar in Zoho Meeting.


    Attendees list
    This list contains the names and email addresses of your registrants, status of participation, the time at which they joined, and how long they spent in the webinar.
     
    Polls
    This report contains the results of all the polls conducted during the webinar and includes:
    • Total number and percentage of votes, showing the participation rate.
    • Number of votes received for each option in a poll.
    • Average rating, for rating questions. 
    Q&A
    You can get a consolidated list of all the questions asked during the webinar and the answers you provided.

    You can download webinar reports in CSV and XLS formats.
