How to use CRM field value as points for a KPI/Contest in Motivator
You can use any numeric fields as points for KPI/Contest.
- Number
- Auto-Number
- Currency
- Decimal
- Percent
- Long Integer
- Formula (Return Type is Decimal or Currency)
Please note that field type must be of the numeric values listed above. Inputting number to the Text field type cannot be used for points.
1. Create or edit the KPI/Contest
2. Choose BEHAVIORS from the submenu on top left
3. ADD BEHAVIOR or edit an existing behavior
4. Choose the field from Point computation drop down
