Motivator users are synced from CRM.
To add a new user to Motivator, you must add a user to CRM.
Added user is automatically synced with Motivator.
A. For non- Zoho One users:
1. Click on the user profile image on the top right corner
2. Choose Settings from the drop down menu. You will be taken to the Settings page
3. Make sure you are in SETTINGS/USERS page. If not, choose the page from the drop down on the top left
4. Click on Manage users in CRM
5. Add users in CRM

B. For Zoho One users:
1. Launch Zoho One
2. Click Applications in the left panel
3. Confirm you have already added CRM and Motivator for your applications
4. Click CRM
5. Click Add User in the top right of the screen
6. Input the necessary field and Add
7. The user is added to you CRM and also Motivator
Note:
In above step 4, You can Click Motivator instead of CRM.
However, you will be redirected to CRM tab when you click Add User button
