You can add multiple rules (conditions) for KPI behavior and you can also choose AND/OR conditions.

However, You cannot mix AND/OR conditions.

All added conditions are treated as AND or as OR.

1. Create or Edit a KPI

2. Add behavior

3. Open Only include records when they satisfy drop down.

4. Choose All of the Custom Rules below to configure as AND, Any one of the Custom Rules below as OR.

5. Click on Add Another Rule to add a new rule
