How to gain peer performance insights

To gain peer performance insights, you can use Peer Comparison feature for KPIs. This can motivate users to step up their game and/or seek for help when needed.

Further, you can view the KPI trend chart by employee. It helps you to create a balanced team contest to foster teamwork and peer-coaching based on these analyses.

To show the peer comparison:

Click Action Menu icon [...] in the top-right corner of the KPI
Select Peer Comparison

Select By Employee above the trend chart
