To gain peer performance insights, you can use Peer Comparison feature for KPIs. This can motivate users to step up their game and/or seek for help when needed.

Further, you can view the KPI trend chart by employee. It helps you to create a balanced team contest to foster teamwork and peer-coaching based on these analyses.

1. Click Action Menu icon [...] in the top-right corner of the KPI
   
2. Select Peer Comparison
   
   

To show the KPI trend by employee

1. Click on the tile to show the KPI trend chart
   
2. Select By Employee above the trend chart
