Call time is counted in seconds. You can use Point Multipliers to calculate call time in minutes for KPI.

1. Create/Edit the KPI

2. Choose Calls for CRM module, Call Duration (in seconds) for Point computation

3. Input 0.01666667 (=1/60) for Point Multiplier to convert seconds to minutes
