Error messages in Motivator
Invalid Module, Invalid points config, Invalid rules config
The necessary modules/fields are renamed/deleted/hidden from the admin who has initiated the sync with CRM.
1. If the modules/fields are completely deleted, create another KPI/rule which does not include those modules/fields
2. If modules/fields are renamed, try RE-SYNC USERS/MODULES/FIELDS in CRM sync page in Settings
3. If certain modules/fields are hidden from particular admin, sign in as the admin who can view them and try UPDATE CRM SYNC TOKEN
Please note that to show Sales Lost, Sales Won, and Revenue Generated KPIs, Probability field in Potentials/Deals module must be visible.
Sync error
1. Your quick/full re-sync reached the limitation. You can find the limitation in CRM Sync page in Settings
2. The admin who has initiated the sync with CRM is deactivated from your CRM.
Try UPDATE CRM SYNC TOKEN by the admin who can access your CRM.
