Why are the SALES WON/SALES LOST/REVENUE GENERATED KPIs showing ERROR: INVALID RULE CONFIG?

To show a correct figure in the Sales Lost, Sales Won, and Revenue Generated KPIs, Probability field in the Potentials/Deals module must be visible in the Zoho CRM.  If these KPIs are showing "ERROR: INVALID RULE CONFIG", take the following steps.

  • In Zoho CRM
    1. Go to Setup > CUSTOMIZATION > Modules and Fields
    2. Select Potentials/Deals module and the layout used
    3. From the Unused Fields section in the left pane, select the Probability field and drag it to the layout section.

    4. Click Save
  • In Zoho Motivator
    1. Go to Settings > CRM Sync page and click RE-SYNC USERS/MODULES/FIELDS.
    2. Check the Home dashboard and click Refresh icon at the top [  ].
