Why are the SALES WON/SALES LOST/REVENUE GENERATED KPIs showing ERROR: INVALID RULE CONFIG?

To show a correct figure in the Sales Lost, Sales Won, and Revenue Generated KPIs, Probability field in the Potentials/Deals module must be visible in the Zoho CRM. If these KPIs are showing "ERROR: INVALID RULE CONFIG", take the following steps.

In Zoho CRM

Go to Setup > CUSTOMIZATION > Modules and Fields
Select Potentials/Deals module and the layout used
From the Unused Fields section in the left pane, select the Probability field and drag it to the layout section.
Click Save

In Zoho Motivator

Go to Settings > CRM Sync page and click RE-SYNC USERS/MODULES/FIELDS.
Check the Home dashboard and click Refresh icon at the top [ ].
