Why is my profile’s photo not shown on the TV channel?
Your profile’s photo has to be shared with the other users to be visible on the shared TV channel.
You can configure the photo permission as follows.
- Go to https://accounts.zoho.com/ and click Preferences
- Choose Everyone from the Photo View Permission drop down list in the User preferences pane

- Click Update Preferences
Note:
This permission should be configured by each user, since the administrator cannot modify the permissions of other users.
